Feb 2008-present Provincial Aerospace, St John's Newfoundland. Training Dispatcher. Development and delivery of training programmes for dispatchers, including ground schools and on the job training. Maintenance of dispatch training records. Updates of manuals, reference materials. Maintenance and filing of centre stored flight plans.

Oct 2006-present Provincial Aerospace, St John's Newfoundland. Flight Dispatcher. All duties as relates to dispatch for scheduled flights, offshore surveillance and charters, including: flight watch, flight planning, load planning, weather briefing, and supervision of flight following personnel. Other duties as time constraints allowed, including liaison with IT on software issues.

Sept. 1999: York University Atkinson College, Toronto Ontario. Flight Dispatcher Preparatory Program for Transport Canada and FAA Flight Dispatcher License Examinations. License examinations written and passed for Transport Canada September 1999.

1998-1999: Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto Ontario. Aviation and Flight Technology Program. Focus on aviation related general engineering, including credits in Advanced Mathematics, Mechanics (Statics and Dynamics), Physics (fluid mechanics), Electricity (DC and AC), Computer Basics, Technical Writing, and 2 semester credits in General Aviation.

1991-1996: Pizza Pizza, Toronto Ontario. Order Desk, Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities: To take process and dispatch customer orders on a computer mainframe order system and see customer complaints through to resolution.

1989-1991: Toronto Dominion Bank, Greenline Investor Services. Toronto Ontario. Night Shift Data Entry and Print Supervisor. Responsibilities: To supervise, and train operators in the processing, printing and delivery of daily reports and invoices. Accomplishments: Oversaw the mainframe system switch over from ADP Data Processing to IBM, including trouble-shooting, problem solving, and rewriting the print operations manual.

1985-1987: Office Stationers, Downsview Ontario. Senior Purchasing Agent, Customer Service, Order Desk Relief. Responsibilities: Placing of orders with suppliers, follow up, processing of special orders: repairs, rubber stamps, custom print orders, furniture. Training of junior purchasing personnel. Order desk relief. Handling of all returns and defective goods. Accomplishments: Designed and implemented systems for return of defective goods, and special orders.

1982-1985: The Alarm Company, Downsview Ontario. Office Manager. Responsibilities: Liaison with suppliers, and bankers. Job scheduling. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll. Accomplishments: Designed, set up and implemented all office systems.
